Our Biltong is made using the very finest of British Grass Fed Beef, combined with carefully chosen spices.
Each piece of meat is inspected for quality and then carefully crafted to ensure the very best quality Biltong is produced.
The meat is then marinated in our own unique recipe, a recipe that has been in our family for over 100 years and passed down from generation to generation.
The Marinated Meat is then hung in our purpose made Biltong cabinet, specifically imported from South Africa to ensure authenticity.
The meat is checked several times daily and monitored for quality. Once it is ready, it is picked, sliced in our state of the art slicer, packed and delivered to your door.
If this is not enough, we have even had our Biltong tested by the same Lab used by Environmental Health Carmarthen. Their tests, comonly refered to as the "shopping basket test" are stringent for all the nasties we all want to avoid. Our Biltong passed with flying colours.
