Our Repeat Order Service Explained
Here at Paleo Nutrition Wales, we aim to give a superb home shopping experience for all our customers. We believe that your online shopping should be convenient, easy and simple, especially when it comes to your nutrition.
For those reasons we have now created our Repeat Order System that allows you to select how often you want each product delivered to your home or place of work.
This system is so easy to use. All you need to do is select the products you would like then upon the shopping basket just select whether you would like to have these products delivered “Weekly”, “Every Two Weeks” or “Monthly” (or leave as once off delivery to carry on as normal). You will notice you can set each product to have it's own repeat variant, though please note that if each item does have a different repeat date (say you set one product to "every 2 weeks" and another "monthly") then each product will create an order and shipping will be applicable. So in short, for value, it would be a good idea to set all of the products to the same repeat variant to save on shipping costs, ultimately you have the freedom to decide though.
Once you complete the order process in the checkout (if you do not already have an account you will have forced to create one in this process for the repeat orders to work) , all you need to do then is leave the rest up to us.
Your order will be created as normal, and shipped when specified, then from that order date your next repeat order will be set, the dates will vary and before checking out in a new step 6 you have clarification of what will be setup and you must agree to theses terms and conditions before finalising that order.
Don’t worry there will be no Direct Debits to set up with us and when your next order is due, we will email you with the details of your repeat order.
All you will need to do is click the link within the email and then pay (making any adjustments on one page before you pay through pay-pal). This will then complete your repeat order. However, if you feel at anytime you would like to add/remove products from your repeat order you can. You can simply log into your account (as you will have had no choice but to sign up for an account when you made your first subscription order), click on REPEAT ORDERS. From here you can remove or change the quantity of the products you have currently have setup for your subscription.
If you wish to cancel your subscription at any time, you can do either of the below:
1. Ignore the emails about your subscription order, once the final reminder email has been sent a day after your subscription order payment was due, then you will be notified that your subscription has been canceled and it will be removed from your account automatically.
2. Login to your account, enter "Repeat Orders", and remove all the products in this list.
Either method above will cancel your repeat orders.
Our system is so easy to use you can add and remove products as and when you like.
If any of the products are on a special offer then you will automatically receive that new price when your order is due.
Please note: Coupons, reward points or gift vouchers can not be used on repeat orders.
